Installation Components

We provide a basic installation guide outlining the essential steps to ensure cabinets are installed safely, level, and secure for a professional finish.

Panels

Panels are used to create a finished and seamless look at the ends of cabinetry runs. They conceal exposed cabinet sides, provide structural support where required, and help align cabinetry with walls, appliances, or adjoining units for a clean, professional appearance.

Fillers

Fillers are used to close gaps between cabinets, walls or appliances. Allowing for proper alignment, door and drawer clearance, and a clean, integrated finish. Fillers can be scribed to suit uneven or out-of-square walls, ensuring a tight fit and professional finish.

Fascias

Fascias (kickboards) are installed at the base of cabinetry and typically measure 140mm from the floor to the underside of the cabinet. They conceal cabinet legs or subframes, protect the base from impact and moisture, and create a clean, continuous finish along the floor line.

Shop your benchtop

Cabinetry is supplied without benchtops, giving you the flexibility to select a style, colour, and material to suit your space.
We recommend trusted brands such as Polytec for laminate and compact laminate options, and Silksurface for a seamless solid surface finish.
Through our industry network, we can assist with selection and coordination of your benchtop order if required.

Delivery & Collection

We do not currently offer in-house delivery. All orders must be collected or third-party delivery arranged prior to purchase.
We can provide contact details for local transport providers who may be able to assist.

Warranty & Consumer rights

Our products are covered by consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
This means you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product has a major fault.

If a product is not of acceptable quality, it may be repaired or replaced in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, even where the issue is considered minor.

UMBA Pro Cabinets are supplied fully assembled and must be installed correctly and maintained appropriately.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, modification, water ingress, or normal wear and tear.
