Delivery & Freight Policy

All freight is coordinated through external freight providers. We do not deliver directly.

Please note:

• Delivery is not included in the cost of cabinetry

• Customers are responsible for freight costs and arrangements

• Any damage or delay in transit is the responsibility of the freight provider
  We recommend selecting insured freight services to protect your goods.
   

Customer Conduct & Communication

We are a small, professional team committed to respectful, transparent communication.
We do not tolerate:

• Abusive, threatening, or aggressive behavior

• Defamatory comments or harassment (online or offline)

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or organization that breaches these standards.
 

Feedback & Dispute Resolution

We welcome fair and honest feedback. If you experience an issue with your order, please reach out directly, most concerns can be resolved quickly and professionally. We encourage private resolution before any public review.
False or misleading claims made without contacting us first may be considered defamatory under Australian law.
 

Defamation & Brand Protection

UMBA Pro Cabinetry reserves the right to take legal action against any false, damaging, or defamatory statements made about our team, products, or business - in person, online, or in print. We take pride in our reputation and protect it accordingly.
