What you will need

  • Drill

  • Short screws - supplied

  • Tape measure & pencil

  • Spirit level

  • Panel adhesive - optional

  • Clamps

Step-by-Step Installation

1. Measure the Gap

  • Measure the space between the cabinet and the wall (or next cabinet).

  • Subtract a few millimeters (e.g. 2–3mm) for wiggle room and expansion.

2. Cut the Filler to Size

  • Cut the filler panel to your measurement. If the wall is uneven, you may need to scribe the filler
(shape it to the wall) for a perfect fit.

3. Fit a Cleat Inside the Cabinet

  • Fix a small timber cleat inside the cabinet, flush with the face where the filler will sit.

  • This will give you something to screw the filler into from inside the cabinet.

4. Position the Filler

  • Hold the filler panel in position, flush with the cabinet face and plumb (vertically straight).

  • Always double-check level and flush alignment before fixing permanently.

  • Clamp in place if needed.

5. Secure the Filler

  • From inside the cabinet, drive screws through the cleat and into the back of the filler panel.

  • Use short screws to avoid piercing through the front.
